The Reserve Pool teams for
U12-14 Founders’ Cup, U11-U19 Association Cup and U11-U13
State Cup brackets have been selected by means of a blind
draw. Teams that were not selected for the bracketing process
will remain in Reserve Pool status and they will be contacted
if openings occur in their age group, gender and division.
These Reserve Pool teams show PAID on the list with the word
“Reserve” following their team name.
The application period for
U16–U19 Founders’ Cup will remain open until 5PM January 2,
2008. Teams showing PAID or NOT PAID will have until then to
submit their Reserve Pool entry fees and a copy of their
official team roster.
The Reserve Pool application
period for U14-U19 State Cup will remain open until 5PM on
January 7, 2008. U14-U19 State Cup teams showing in NOT PAID
status will have until then to complete their Reserve Pool
application process.
Reserve Pool applicants should
submit payment by accessing the application online to pay
using VISA or MasterCard or by sending cashier’s check or
money order. All Reserve Pool applicants must also submit a
copy of their official team roster that has been stamped by
their district registrar using the transmission method
indicated for teams in PAID status. Reserve Pool information
is posted on each of the Cup pages on the CYSA website.
Scanning/emailing the roster
as an attachment is the preferred method (I will send a
confirmation to you indicating I have received your email and
attachment within 24 hours of receiving it). You may also fax
or send a hard copy by USPS or other carrier. At this point
we suggest any mailed items are sent via a traceable method.
If you dispute the accuracy of
the information included on the lists, please email
kkillion@cysanorth.org with the information substantiating
your claim that the team roster and/or payment were received
in the CYSA Office by the deadline.
