NOTE: All teams are listed with their league name first as our files and accounts are maintained by league. Also note that we refer to the team name that appears the team’s CYSA roster and we will correct the team name on applications where the team name does not match the team name on the roster. Do not alter any team name that has been updated by CYS in the online system. Some names must be abbreviated due to a limitation on the number of characters in the team name fields of the Cup registration program. Please email kkillion@cysanorth.org if you have any questions.

CONFIRMATION OF RECEIPT OF APPLICATIONS CANNOT BE OBTAINED BY CALLING OR EMAILING THE CYSA OFFICE. THE LIST OF APPLICATIONS WILL BE UPDATED ON A REGULAR BASIS. PLEASE ALLOW PROCESSING TIME FOR ALL APPLICATIONS

IF YOUR STATUS SAYS "PAID", WE HAVE NOT YET CONFIRMED YOUR ROSTER.

IF YOUR STATUS SAYS "NOT-PAID", WE HAVEN'T CONFIRMED YOUR PAYMENT AND WE MAY NOT HAVE RECEIVED YOUR ROSTER.

IF YOUR STATUS SAYS "ACCEPTED", WE'VE RECEIVED ROSTER, PAYMENT, AND YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN APPROVED.
