IN ORDER TO EXPEDITE THE APPLICATION PROCESS founders’ CUP RESERVE POOL APPLICANTS are encouraged to apply using the online application PROCESS. THOSE without computer access may request an ENTRY FORM BY CONTACTING the CYSA state office.  before applying, every applicant is required to read and agree to the following important information: THE THREE STEPS REQUIRED TO complete THE cysa state cup reserve pool application process are: ENTER   complete the online CYSA FOUNDERS’ CUP entry form.  ENTER the official team name and team number as IT IS listed on the team’s approved cysa roster.  DO NOT USE A “NICKNAME” FOR THE TEAM. only the official team name will be used for cup records. DOWNLOAD A COPY OF THE APPLICATION RECEIPT WHEN PROMPTED TO DO SO. YOU MAY RETURN TO THE TEAM APPLICATION TO REVISE AND COMPLETE THE APPLICATION BY USING THE USER ID AND PASSWORD YOU SELECTED WHEN YOU INPUT THE TEAM CONTACT INFORMATION.   PAY   TO EXPEDITE THE APPLICATION AND to RECEIVE immediate confirmation of payment by email, it is highly recommended that applicants pay the entry fee online by using visa, mastercard or discover card.  APPLICANTS opting NOT TO PAY ONLINE WILL EITHER NEED TO CONTACT THE CYSA OFFICE TO PAY USING A VISA, MASTERCARD OR DISCOVER CARD OR SUBMIT a check or money order in the amount of $350 payable to CYSA.   SUBMIT RECEIPT AND ROSTER   submit to the cysa office a copy of the DOWNLOADED ONLINE application receipt and a copy of the official CYSA team roster that has been STAMPED by the team’s district registrar. TO EXPEDITE THE TEAM’S ACCEPTANCE CONFIRMATION, SUBMIT THE DOCUMENTS (APPLICATION RECEIPT AND COPY OF TEAM ROSTER) BY SCANNING AND EMAILING to kkillion@cysanorth.org or by faxing a legible copy of the roster to the cysa office.   OR   submit A hard copy of the roster VIA OTHER DELIVERY methods (US POSTAL SERVICE, FED-EX, UPS, ETC.)  THE COPY OF THE ROSTER CONTAINING THE DISTRICT REGISTRAR’S STAMP MUST BE RECEIVED BY THE reserve pool DEADLINE.  TEAM OFFICIALS ARE REQUIRED TO READ AND AGREE TO FOLLOW ALL CYSA CUP COMPETITION DIRECTIVE, RULES AND REGULATIONS AND THE ADDENDUM SPECIFIC TO CYSA FOUNDERS’ CUP RULES.  THESE DOCUMENTS CAN BE LOCATED IN THE CYSA TEAM MANUAL AND ON THE CYSA WEBSITE.
