The preferred and most efficient method of completing the CYSA
State Cup, Association Cup or CYSA Founders’ Cup application
process and to receive a speedy confirmation of the team’s
acceptance into the Cup is to use the online application /
payment system followed by submitting a copy of the online entry
receipt and a copy of the approved team roster by email or fax.
Applying with the online entry and payment system immediately
generates email confirmation that your entry form and payment
have been completed and received and allows the team application
to be instantaneously recorded in the electronic database and
available for CYSA staff review.
Submitting the online application receipt and approved
team roster by scanning and emailing allows staff to promptly
notify you that they have received your documents.
For early confirmation and peace of mind, PLEASE submit your
application as early as possible.
Don’t risk the frustration of not knowing whether or not the
application has arrived. Don’t gamble on the post office
delivering your documents on time. Don’t spend time worrying
about whether the application is completed correctly. Don’t
waste time wondering whether or not your team has been
